Do I post locally and globally?
Yes I do. I use Australia Post with a tracking number. I mainly post larger prints unframed by carefully rolling it with acid-free tissue paper and placing it in a sturdy cardboard cylinder for safe delivery.
For mounted 8" by 12" prints, I wrap them in a plastic sleeve and place them in a heavy cardboard mailing envelope. I put two pieces of strong and thin cardboard on each side of the mounted prints.
Please note that free standard delivery is only available within Australia.
How do I remove my larger print out of the delivery tube?
After removing the lid from the tube, gently but firmly pull the excess tissue paper out of the tube. Then lay the artwork on a clean surface with the tissue paper underneath.
How do I hang my art print?
For mounted 8" by 12" prints, I recommend using 12" by 16" frames. I find using ready-made frames are a budget-friendly option.
For larger prints, I recommend going to a framer of your choice.
How long do orders take?
Usually orders take 3-5 working days to be despatched. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been posted so you can track the progress of your order. If you need something done urgently, email me on firstname.lastname@example.org or call me on +61 416 504 948.
What is your refund and return policy?
Only sealed packages unopened can be returned and refunded within 14 working days with a copy of the receipt. Refunds will be issued after packaging is inspected by Karen Au Yeung. No refund if the seal is broken.
